Questions about solar panels in parking lot.  Solar City, both at this facility and a number of others, owns the units and the district pays for the electricity at a rate less than they pay PG&E. 

It was raining and noted that multiple drains were clogged with leaves and flowing over.  Took pictures.

Did not tour the school.

Main need according to principal: maintenance.
